Shipping and Return Policy

Verbal Confirmation for some types of orders may be needed before your order will ship:

Please Note: If we feel that there is a problem with your shipping address or billing information, or a possibility of credit card fraud, we will likely need verbal confirmation before your order can be sent out. We will contact you via your account phone number. If we can’t reach you at that number, we will then email you and ask for a better phone number and/or time of day when you can be reached.

Flat Rate of $6.95:

Most orders are shipped 1st Class or Priority via the USPS. All orders, big and small, are shipped for a flat rate of $6.95 unless your order qualifies for FREE shipping.

Shipped from us within 2 business days of purchase:

Unless an item is backordered (and you will be notified if it is), your order will ship within 2 business days from our warehouse. Most orders received before 2 PM Eastern Time will ship that day and afternoon or evening orders typically ship on the next business day. Late Friday afternoon and weekend orders will be shipped Monday morning (or next business day if a holiday).

Tracking Number / Secure Shipping Address / Lost or Stolen Orders:

If requested, we can supply you with a tracking number for your package, but we do not by default. Also, please be sure that the shipping address for your package is a safe and secure location. Once we hand off the package to the carrier and the tracking shows that the package was delivered to your specified Shipping Address, our job is complete.

We are a small family-owned business and do not take responsibility for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages. If the package appears to have been lost, this is the sole responsibility of the carrier and not, so please contact the carrier immediately with your tracking information. But, if the package tracking shows it was delivered to your specified shipping address, then our job and the job of the carrier is complete. If you did not receive the package and you fear it may have been be stolen or delivered to the wrong address, please contact your mail carrier and/or neighbors to see if someone brought it in for you.

APO or FPO Addressing:

For Military boxes select AA, AP, or AE under State/Province, even if your unit is currently stationed abroad. Put APO (or FPO if applicable) for the City. Leave country selected as United States. Address line should include your unit or base and box info (if applicable). Please check with your Military Post Office for any other addressing questions.

International Shipping:

I’m sorry, but we only sell and ship within the USA.

Return Policy:

All sales are final:

We do not accept returns unless you’ve received an incorrect shipment. If this is the case, you must contact us first to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) which will include the address you will need to ship it back to before returning any items. Returns without a RMA will be refused.

Harmonicas and microphones are NOT RETURNABLE:

Due to US Federal and State health regulations, harmonicas, reed plates, microphones, and melodicas can not be returned. There are no exceptions. In fact, any item that has had personal contact can not be returned for health safety reasons due to spread of germs and disease, especially when the contact has been made orally. In the event of a defect of one of these type items, returns need to be made to the manufacturer for repair or exchange. This policy is consistent with other online and offline vendors of these types of products. Safety and health first.

If you feel your harmonica or other item is defective, first contact us with the problem, and if we believe you do have a defective instrument (please read the next paragraph), we will email you the information to contact the manufacturer, which typically includes but not limited to the Hohner, Lee Oskar, Seydel, or Suzuki company. Visit their websites for warranty information.

The vast majority of “defective” harmonicas are not defective. Harmonicas are deceptively difficult to play for beginners (especially the inhale notes on holes 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9). With a bit of information and practice with correct playing techniques, many players find their “defective” harmonica will play fine. Typically, new players suck and push the air with their lips instead of breathing through the harmonica. Visit for detailed instruction on correct single note, breathing, and bending techniques
